[Rk800 x Rk900]
Headcanon AU:
- Soon after the Android Revolution, the Detroit police station hires androids to set an example, showing they can work side by side with humans;
- One of these is Rk900, still a machine, very ANGERY and intimidating. The captain points at Connor and says: “Go introduce yourself, Connor’ll show you around.”.
- Connor and Rk900 try to be friendly with each other, but the newest model is so scary and socially awkward that they cannot successfully bond;
- Like, Rk900 sees Connor smile, tries to mimick him but fails so hard and it’s CrEePy;
- Result: Hank spends the entire morning laughing at poor Connor, whose LED is constantly red while he avoids the Rk900, who follows him around like a confused pup;
- To avoid chaos and confusion, Hank jokingly starts to call the Rk900 “Junior” (Connor Junior), until he accepts his new name;
- With a lot of perseverance, Connor and Junior (Rk900) start to get confortable around each other. Junior is still off about Connor being a deviant;
- Connor
forcesconvices Hank to help him with the Rk900, willing to ‘wake him up’;- And like, Connor shows the Rk900 every human thing Hank has taught him, from watching a movie to pet animals (Junior discovers his love for cats);
- Connor and Hank bringing the Rk900 to the cinema, concerts, museums, shopping malls, acquariums (fish <3), etc…
- It literally takes months for the Rk900 to become a deviant, it’s not immediate since he is an advanced model created to hunt them;
- Junior being more intimidating, protective and ANGERY than usual when Gavin mistreats Connor, like ‘Be gone thot’;
- Hank brings home the Rk900 (not without complaining) one night, since it has no where else to stay beside the empty office;
- Junior “sleeps” beside Connor. One morning Hank sees them hugged and cuddling and, as he asks what the fuck are they doin’, they answer: “Bonding, liutenant!” (they’ve probably seen that in a movie);
- The Rk900 and Connor licking EVERYTHING;
- Connor and Junior workin in the house together like, gardening, cleaning, preparing an healthy breakfast for Hank, going out with Sumo and stuff;
- When they start to fall for one another, Connor doesn’t get why his biocomponent #8451 beats so fast, and asks for internal checks (and Hank has to pay for them all, poor soul);
- And when Hank gets what’s going on he has to explain to his android son what love or a crush is, saying: “This is probably the most expensive, fuckin’ love story of all time.”;
- The Rk900 analyzing human courtship behaviour and bringing flowers and food to Connor
he doesn’t really know what he is doing, tbh;- Connor looking for tutorials on the internet 'cause help, isn’t love complicated;
- Half of the police stations ships them and makes bets, Hank is just so done at this point;
- Really tho, despite the appearence I bet the Rk900 is a softie inside, a cinnamon roll;
- Junior being all like “Your eyes shine like a thousand stars.”, and Connor being like “Oh… That is because my eyeballs are coated with a special, watery chemical solution composed by *insert complicated shit*.” and ruining everything;
- The most romantic thing Connor blurts out is “You make my vital biocomponent #8451interrupt its functions for a fraction of a second.” [You make my heart skip a beat].
